Delete your Moonflare account

Moonflare: Dragon Run (formerly "Forest Runner") · Developer: Ashour

Option 1 - in the game (instant)

Open Moonflare: Dragon Run.
Tap Settings (the gear), then Account & Cloud Save.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted from our server straight away.

Option 2 - by e-mail (no game needed)

Send an e-mail to mohamaachour@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Moonflare account" and include your runner name (shown in Settings > Account & Cloud Save, or on the leaderboard). If you have it, also include your recovery code so we can be sure the account is yours.

E-mail a deletion request

We confirm and delete the account within 30 days. Parents can request this for their child.

What is deleted

Your game account: account ID, runner name, age group, recovery code and sign-in sessions.
All your runs and your entries on the all-time and weekly leaderboards.
Your cloud backup (saved progress, settings and device model).

What is kept

Nothing from your account is kept on our server after deletion. Our hosting providers' encrypted backups and short-lived server logs are overwritten within about 30 days.
Progress saved on your own phone stays there until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Purchase records are kept by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies. Ad data held by Unity Ads can be removed with the privacy "i" button in any ad.
