1. The game

Moonflare: Dragon Run is free to download and play. By playing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, please check these terms with a parent or guardian.

1b. Your game account

• The game creates a free online account for you with a random runner name, used for the leaderboards and the cloud backup. You don't need an e-mail or password.
• Keep your recovery code (Settings > Account & Cloud Save) somewhere safe: it is the only way to move your account to a new phone. Anyone with the code can restore the account, so don't share it.
• Players 13 or older may choose their own runner name. Names must not be rude, hateful, impersonate others or contain personal information; we may change or remove names that break this rule. Players under 13 keep the random name.
• You can delete your account at any time (see the delete account page).

2. Virtual items

• Gems, keys, heroes, boosts and other virtual items are a limited licence to use inside the game only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Virtual items are stored on your device and, while you are online, backed up to your game account. If you uninstall the game or clear its data without the cloud backup and your recovery code, or you delete your account, your progress and items may be lost. One-time purchases (for example bundles marked as permanent) can be restored with Settings > Restore purchases on the same Google account.
• We may adjust the in-game economy (prices, rewards, drop rates) to keep the game fair and fun.

3. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are optional and are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, subject to their terms and refund policies. Children should ask a parent before buying anything. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm. If something you paid for didn't arrive, contact us with your order number and we will fix it.

4. Ads

The game offers optional reward videos. Watching them is always your choice.

5. Fair play

Don't cheat, hack, or tamper with the game, its server or its purchases. We may hide suspicious runs from the leaderboards, and reset or remove items, scores or accounts obtained by cheating or through refunded purchases.

5b. Online features

The leaderboards and cloud backup need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or end online features; if we do, the game will keep working offline with the progress on your device.

6. No warranty, liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
